Contact
Contact Webster Garden Design
Tell us about the garden: what you would like to change, what is growing there now, and the town or village it is in.
Email is the quickest route and the address is below. Tree surgery enquiries are handled by Ross Webster Tree Services, whose contact details are on their own site.
The enquiry
What to send with an enquiry
A few lines are enough: the town or village, how big the garden is, which way it faces, and what you would like to change.
Photographs help more than a description. One from an upstairs window, one from each corner, and a close-up of whatever the enquiry is about.
Say what you want from the garden as well as what is wrong with it: lower maintenance, or a border that still looks like something in August.
Garden enquiries
Enquiries about garden work
Garden design, planting, pruning and maintenance all start with a look at the garden and a plan for the work.
Working across
North Yorkshire County Durham
Garden enquiries usually get a reply within one working day. Tree surgery enquiries are handled by Ross Webster Tree Services, whose details are on their own site.
After the enquiry
What happens after you get in touch
You get a reply within two working days, usually with a question or two and a date for a visit.
The visit takes an hour for a garden that needs maintenance and longer for a design, because the plan depends on the light and the soil. After it, the work comes back in writing: what gets done, in what order and in which season.
Nothing is booked in before that, and work is scheduled to the season it belongs in: planting waits for autumn or spring, pruning for the right month.
Tree work
Where tree work enquiries go
Anything needing a climb, a saw off the ground or a stump out is not quoted here. Removal, crown work, stump grinding, storm work and surveys are carried out by Ross Webster Tree Services.
Their contact details are on their own site, linked below. They visit the tree, quote for the work and carry it out themselves, so there is no need to come through this practice first.
If the enquiry starts here, it is passed on with the notes from the visit.
